Approach
I tend to favor the facilitative approach to mediation. I use a broad range of interventions that are designed to empower the parties’ informed decision making. I work to help the parties move from positional conflict by identifying their underlying interests and needs in the dispute. I have found that this approach often leads to collaborative problem solving.
Fees
I offer discounted hourly and fixed fee engagements.
