Description of Practice
Professional Background
I have practiced law in both the public sector and the private sector. I have had the privilege and opportunity to represent individuals from all walks of life, with varying cultural and economic backgrounds, and with a broad range of legal and financial concerns. My legal experience in both the public and private sectors has given me a broad perspective in practice.
Experience
I provide private mediation services for all family law issues.
I have regularly served as a volunteer conciliator for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court through the Essex County Bar Association since 2010.
My office on Route One in Topsfield provides a comfortable meeting place with ample free parking.

Approach
Mediation reduces stress and confrontation. Mediation fosters the relationship you have as parents, and focuses on workable arrangements for the future rather than on the abilities of each person to be a parent. Mediation increases your control over the process as your resolution is more predictable than a solution imposed by a court. Mediation also reduces the time and the expense related to resolving family law issues.
