Robert B. Pollack was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997 and has focused his practice entirely on divorce / matrimonial and family law throughout his legal career. Years ago, as alternative dispute resolution became more widely known and accepted, Mr. Pollack began a now flourishing divorce and family law mediation practice as part of the services offered by The Pollack Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Pollack's vast legal experience, expertise and respected reputation in the field of divorce / matrimonial and family law practice has been recognized by the Unified New York State Court System by Robert’s appointment in 2015 to the “Special Master Matrimonial Meditation Panel” in Nassau County. This honor provides Mr. Pollack with the opportunity to assist the Court and other matrimonial attorneys and their clients by working with them through mediation in order to resolve difficult issues, settle complex pending cases and thereby avoid expensive trials.
Mr. Pollack has written numerous articles published in various magazines on issues of divorce, divorce mediation, separation, prenuptial agreements, child support, domestic violence and other matters of matrimonial and family law.
