The Law Studio of Nance L. Schick is a holistic, integrative practice that focuses on business, employment, and ethno-religious conflicts. Nance is a former Human Resources Supervisor/Employee Relations Representative and was trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation (ICERM). She currently serves in a consultative status as ICERM's Main Representative to the United Nations. She is also creator of the Third Ear Conflict Resolution Program and author of DIY CONFLICT RESOLUTION: SEVEN CHOICES AND FIVE ACTIONS OF A MASTER.

Our general fee is $300.00 per hour, but half-day and full-day rates can be discussed. A $300.00 initial deposit is required. No cancellation fee if notified at least five days prior to the scheduled mediation date. Charges for preparatory time are non-refundable. There is no charge for postponement.
