Approach
A central tenet of mediation is self-determination. With this in mind, I try to provide the parties with the type of mediation they want and need. As such I will adapt my style to the needs of parties, using an analytical mediation framework. I may incorporate elements of evaluative, facilitative or transformative mediation to help he parties reach a mutually acceptable resolution of their problem. This approach involves careful preparation and active listening, as well as flexibility and adaptability as the mediation moves forward.
Fees
I charge $200.00 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments, plus expenses.
