Approach

I try to understand the facts behind the dispute, establish the goals of each party, look for a valid legal basis for a fair resolution and then help the parties to reach a satisfactory conclusion consistent with their goals. The result has to be one that is going to be final and end the conflict with respect and dignity on all sides.

Fees

Based upon nature and complexity of the dispute. For a two-party dispute that is factually straightforward, the time required is estimated at four hours and the fee will be $1,600 share equally by both parties. There is also a one-time administrative fee of $195 for each party.
