Approach

My mediation style is based on the needs of the parties, although as an attorney I do tend to get involved in all of the details and facts of a case. As many of my cases start as facilitated discussions on process and issues and then move to a more directive and evaluative mediation, I am very familiar with both mediation styles. Effective mediation skills, in my opinion, require the mediator to be able to move between all styles of mediation (often in the same case) while still retaining the necessary trust and neutrality to enable the mediator to be effective with all parties. An article describing my mediation style is located at: www.mediate.com/people/personprofile.cfm?auid=544

Fees

Commercial mediation rate of $395 per hour in 2011. Call for government mediation rate.

Other Information
